The Trustees meet twice a month.  On the second Tuesday of each month, the Trustees meeting is held at the East Hampton Town Courtroom at 6:00 PM.  On the fourth Tuesday of each month the Trustees meeting is held at the Trustee Office on Bluff Road in Amagansett at 6:00 PM.  The agendas are handed out at the beginning of every meeting.
